Conley Law Practice, LLC serves individuals and business clients from its office in Exton, Pennsylvania (Chester County). Its practice concentrates on the areas of estate planning, estate administration, tax planning, tax controversy, and bankruptcy. We are committed to high quality legal work and reasonable fees.

Matthew L. Conley is the founding member of Conley Law Practice, LLC, and is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Villanova University School of Law. He received the degree of Master of Laws in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program (Summa Cum Laude).

Mr. Conley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court.
